1. What is Our trading time?
Our trading time is from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Public holiday may open, please contact us for more information.

2. Do we provide same day service?
Yes, we do, as long as orders are placed around 10am, but only for Sydney Metro areas, Central Coast areas and some Wollongong areas. Please contact us to double confirm.

3. What courier do we use?
We send out stocks by Australia Post, TNT, Star Track, Toll etc.

4. Do we provide free shipping service?
Yes, for orders more than $550, we provide free Australia Express Post. Please note that this service only limits to repair parts, and does not include heat guns, heavy repair tools or any accessories.

5. What is the cut off time of delivery?
Normally it is before 2:30pm, but we are doing our best to send out stocks ASAP to each customer, so any order placed after 2:30pm, we will still try to send out on the same day but it is not guaranteed.

6. What payment method we use?
We only allow customers to pay online when placing orders.

7. How do customers use store credit?
Store credit will be available at the final checkout payment page if there is any in the customer’s account.

8. Do we set up different account levels?
Yes, we set up different account levels based on customers’ monthly order value, which provides various prices for each product. A customer’s account level will be automatically updated immediately when they reach the required sales amount. Please check "Membership and Benefits". If customers do not place enough orders for that account level requirement for 2 consecutive months, they will be automatically downgraded.
